Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan graced with Padmashree Award

President Pratibha Patil presented the Padamashree awards to the two Bollywood stars, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Akshay Kumar, for their contribution to the Indian cinema. Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Twinkle Khanna also attended the function.
